McDonald's - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the facility to keep it operating and repair issues as they arise; perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage (windows/doors/walls);
Repair leaking plumbing and restore water fixtures;
Repair damaged electrical wiring to address shortages;
Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate control;
Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems (e.g., roof sealant);
Address safety hazards to prevent injuries;
Paint the building when needed
