DGR Management is a property management company that manages single family rental homes in the Metro Detroit area.
About DGR StaffingDGR Staffing provides property management services to around 250 single family homes in the Metro Detroit area.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, equipment, and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, and water systems, as well as installing and replacing fixtures and appliances.
- Maintain landscaping by mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching.
- Remove snow and maintain sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and driveways.
- Be on‑call to respond to emergency issues.
- Locate competitive subcontractors for major projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of income, expenses, and complaints.
- Follow safety rules and comply with all company safety regulations.
- Walk‑through inspection
- Preventive maintenance
- Mopping and vacuuming floors
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Respond to various maintenance requests
- Assemble or disassemble equipment
- Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers
