- Maintenance and repairs:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, equipment, and grounds. This can include repairing plumbing, electrical, and water systems, as well as installing and replacing fixtures and appliances. - Landscaping:
Maintain landscaping by mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, - Snow removal:
Remove snow and maintain sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and driveways. - Emergency response:
Be on-call to respond to emergency issues. - Subcontracting:
Locate competitive subcontractors for major projects. - Administrative tasks:
Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of income, expenses, and complaints. - Safety:
Follow safety rules.
