Cargill is seeking a Solar Maintenance Planner to support its Energy & Utilities operations within the Maintenance & Asset Management team. You will develop and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance plans for solar assets, coordinate work orders in the CMMS, and ensure safe, reliable plant performance. Partnering with operations, engineering, and EHS, you'll analyze asset data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in uptime and cost.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans for solar assets
- Create, prioritize, and schedule work orders in the CMMS to optimize resources and downtime
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors to execute maintenance safely and on time
- Analyze asset performance data and maintenance history to improve reliability and reduce costs
- Track and report maintenance KPIs, backlog, and compliance with maintenance plans
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate equipment records, BOMs, and documentation for solar installations
- Support budgeting and forecasting for maintenance activities and spare parts
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance strategies with Cargill's sustainability goals
