Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide maintenance of hospital and grounds
• Perform a variety of tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, & electrical work
• Test and inspect physical plant equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Perform various janitorial functions related to maintenance

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1 year minimum experience in building and equipment maintenance and have experience with hand and power tools
• Must be familiar with applicable codes and standards
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is desired
• Must have a valid driver's license
• High school graduate or equivalent
