Job Location: 1215 11th Avenue N, St. Cloud, MN
Position: Custodian
Hours: 10:30am-6:30pm;
Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
Hourly Rate: $16.00-$18.00, depending on experience.

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking custodian to join our team. Duties include lunchroom clean-up, basic maintenance, event setup, and daily cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways.
The applicant must have a boiler license or be willing to obtain one.

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, water fountains, lockers, classroom desks, doors, handrails, countertops, and other surfaces as needed.
• Replace disposable items such as paper towels and toilet paper.
• Empty all recycling and garbage containers.
• Clean window glass around all buildings.
• Clean carpets and wax hallways as needed.
• Maintain the campus by performing minor and routine maintenance activities.
• Provide other general assistance as needed, such as setting up tables and chairs in facilities as requested, hauling and moving items and equipment, and running errands.
• Notify supervisors concerning the need for repairs to fixtures, lighting, heating, and ventilation equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
