Part-Time Custodian

Bad Habit Brewing Company

Location: St. Joseph, MN

Pay: $20.00 / hour

Hours: 10–15 hours per week (Daytime, Flexible)

At Bad Habit Brewing, we’re built on integrity, hard work, and great beer. We take pride in our taproom being a welcoming "home away from home" for the St. Joseph community. To keep that environment inviting, we need a reliable, self‑motivated individual to help us keep the brewery sparkling before the taps start flowing.

We are looking for a Part‑Time Custodian to manage the cleanliness of our taproom and common areas. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys working independently, prefers daytime hours, and wants a flexible schedule that fits their life.

• Taproom Care: Sweep and mop floors, vacuum rugs, and ensure the seating areas are dust‑free and ready for guests.
• Brewer's Lounge & Events: Provide thorough cleaning of the Brewer's Lounge following special events, including sanitizing bathrooms, mopping floors, wiping tables, and clearing all garbage.
• General Building Maintenance: On an occasional basis, assist with cleaning other parts of the building, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Restroom Maintenance: Sanitize and restock restrooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring they are disposed of properly.
• Inventory Alerts: Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and notify management when it’s time to reorder.

• Reliability: Someone who shows up and takes pride in a job well done.
• Autonomy: Comfortable managing a checklist independently during daytime/pre‑opening hours.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Noticing the small things that ensure a premium guest experience.
