Maintenance Technician

INH Properties is seeking a full‑time, Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities and create a great place for residents to call home. Whether you already have maintenance experience or are looking to build hands‑on skills in a stable career, we encourage motivated, dependable individuals who are willing to learn and apply.

When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks:

• Grounds upkeep and snow removal and seasonal maintenance
• Interior painting and apartment touch‑ups
• Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
• Responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
• Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move‑ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard
• Working with the maintenance team to maintain the overall appearance and operation of the community
• Cleaning/maintaining common areas
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Willingness to learn or working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

• Experience in multi‑family housing
• Boiler knowledge is strongly preferred
• Boiler License or a willingness to get one
• HVAC certification strongly preferred

• This position will cover our properties in the St. Cloud area.

• On‑Call Rotation
