Overview

Sand Property Management is seeking an outgoing, friendly person to clean and maintain our property in St. Cloud, MN. Candidates with an eye for organization, cleanliness, and a good sense of communication are encouraged to apply. This position will primarily monitor and remove snow from the property walkways as needed. Must be available early mornings, evenings, and weekends for snow removal needs.

• Vacuum building halls & stairwells and any other common space. Mop floor areas.
• Walk property inside and outside. Pick up trash, look for any damaged areas or items needing maintenance. (Includes community room & fitness rooms when applicable)
• Pull weeds in rock beds, pick up landscaping rocks and return rocks to landscaped area.
• Complete turnovers when needed. Ensure units are completely cleaned for new residents.
• Remove snow/ice from sidewalks and salt/sand as needed.
• Clean windows & doors in common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles, both inside and outside.
• Dust blinds, furniture, & any other common areas.
• Change hallway & common area light bulbs.
• Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Inspect irrigation system to ensure all zones are working properly. Report any concerns to management.
• Communicate regularly with Property Manager and Maintenance Technician and assist with required seasonal preventative maintenance and thermostat settings.

• Ability to communicate regularly by phone and in person with the Property Manager and Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

None required. Prefer 1 year of relevant work experience.

Pass a Background Check, Physical & Drug Test.

Job Type: Part-Time, less than 20 hours a week

Shift: Variable Hours, early mornings, evenings, and weekends for snow removal

Pay: $15.00/Hour
