4M Building Solutions - - Responsibilities:
Floor care and restoration including stripping, waxing, and buffing hard floors and carpet extraction;
Building maintenance and repairs including light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical fixes;
Specialty cleaning services such as high-reach window cleaning and exterior washdowns;
Outdoor property maintenance including landscaping, litter removal, and parking lot sweeping;
Equipment management including operation and basic troubleshooting of floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and aerial lifts
