Apartment Maintenance Technician

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pointe West Apartments, a 93-Unit property located in St. Cloud, MN. We are offering up to $28.00/HR PLUS a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus and up to $3,000 a year in quarterly bonus potential! GREAT COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND/OR OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone (1 week every 7 weeks)

KNOWLEDGE,

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

1+ years' experience in general maintenance
Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
Knowledge of HVAC and water heaters a plus
