Monroe Group in Minnesota is hiring a Regional Maintenance Manager to plan, implement and review all aspects of property preventative maintenance across our portfolio. The role requires coordinating with on-site teams and maintaining NSPIRE readiness.
You will travel up to 75% across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas, lead maintenance operations, training and reporting to the Operations team, while ensuring safety, quality and cost effectiveness.
