Floor Maintenance Technician (Special Services)

Shift: Full-Time Evenings 5:00PM-2:00AM weekend rotations

Pay rate: $26.00 per hour

The responsibilities include: overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment.
