Perform floor care and restoration including stripping, waxing, buffing; carpet extraction;
Light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing/electrical fixes;
High-reach window cleaning, exterior washdowns, pressure washing;
Outdoor maintenance including landscaping, litter removal, and lot sweeping;
Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment and comply with OSHA standards
