What We’re Looking For:INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for two apartment buildings located in St. Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.
Job Responsibilities:(Including but not limited to)
- Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
- Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
- Keep the complex in the best state of repair and cleanliness at all times.
- Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
- Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
- Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
- Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.
