Opening in Fall 2026, Avivo Village Central Minnesota is bringing Avivo's innovative approach to ending homelessness to St. Cloud.

• Clean and maintain floors, windows, restrooms, showers, and other building areas
• Replenish supplies and collect and remove trash
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment, including vacuums and floor scrubbers
• Maintain exterior areas, including sweeping, shoveling, sanding, and salting walkways
• Respond to spills and other situations requiring immediate cleaning
• Identify and report facility, safety, and security concerns
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures
• Follow organizational safety, security, confidentiality, and HIPAA requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of custodial experience
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and procedures
• Familiarity with universal precautions and biohazard cleanup
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures
• Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position
• Ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends as needed
