Our Janitor / Pool Porter keeps all aquatic facilities and Community common areas in pristine condition, ready to welcome homeowners and guests.
What You’ll Accomplish- Ensuring that all amenities are guest-ready
- Routine cleaning and maintenance duties of Community facilities including lounges, decks, restrooms, and HOA offices
- Performing rotating weekly projects including power washing, deep cleaning pool chairs and tables, washing windows, etc.
- Following a routine schedule of day-to-day duties
- Providing preventative maintenance on an as-needed basis.
- Experience cleaning public areas
- A team player who takes pride in their responsibilities and the facilities they oversee
- Organization, efficiency and the ability to exercise good judgement
- Ability to communicate with managers, residents and peers in a positive and effective way
- Reliability, positive attitude, and skills to complete minor repair tasks
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Mobility:
Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions. - Lifting and Carrying:
Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds. - Extended Sitting or Standing:
Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events. - Manual Dexterity:
Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
