Technician, Striping

Pilot Flying J is hiring a Striping Technician to maintain clear, safe pavement markings at our travel centers. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you will layout and paint parking stripes, directional arrows, ADA spaces, and safety zones using striping and line-laying equipment. Responsibilities include site prep, measuring and marking, operating painting machinery, cleaning and maintaining tools, and following strict safety and DOT guidelines.

You'll travel between locations, work outdoors in varied weather, collaborate with site managers, and support a people-first, safety-focused culture with opportunities for training and advancement.
