Pinnacle Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance, building and grounds maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance problems and related tasks as assigned;
Respond to maintenance emergencies outside regular working hours;
Practice safety awareness and follow safety procedures including infection control measures where applicable;
Work independently with occasional assistance from outside vendor;
Demonstrate courteous and respectful attitude toward residents, families, staff, and visitors
