Maintenance Assistant - Part Time or Casual - Serenity Place 7th

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Utilize requests/facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections.
• Fabricate or repair parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.

• Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.
• Detail‑oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in record keeping and maintenance tasks.
