Position Title

Two-Week Onboarding:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.

- 3:30 p.m.

Week 1:
Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun

Week 2:
Sun, Wed, Thu

Hourly: $31.78 - $41.32 per hour (includes .40 shift differential)

Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months

• Provide maintenance support to the box plant, utilizing mechanical skills (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) to achieve machine uptime metrics.
• Work positively with teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Engage in preventive maintenance processes in assigned areas.

• At least one year of successful mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting & repair experience in a manufacturing facility.
• On-the-job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work expected.
• Strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, electrical & electronics technologies.
• Willingness to fully cross‑train in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.
• Able to work with a computer system for maintenance processes, stores & work orders.
• All other duties as assigned.
