Part-Time Flex Maintenance Technician

Position

Part‑time maintenance technician with flexible hours. Pay: $31.35 per hour.

1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Typical weekly hours 16‑29, flexible based on location. Scheduled shifts may include weekends, holidays, and periodic overtime.

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices for self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Monitor performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; perform regular preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshooting, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; document work accordingly.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Multi‑task and keep up with demands in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 6 months of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, always respectful.
• Current valid driver’s license.

• 1 to 3+ years working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyors, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.
• LOTO experience.
• Forklift experience.

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include dust and chemicals.
