Job Summary
Under close supervision, this position is responsible for washing and detailing equipment to company standards. Work may be outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and weekends, and may require overtime. Full-time attendance is required.
Key Responsibilities- Wash and detail tractor and trailing equipment
- Observe all company safety requirements
- Assist with labeling and inventory of supplies
- Transport materials, equipment, or supplies to or from work areas using carts
- Sweep, shovel, or vacuum debris and remove containers from work areas
- Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and minor damage
- Clean and polish vehicle windows
- Follow company regulations for sanitization of vehicles, both in and outside of the cab
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform safety checks on vehicles to ensure they meet company standards, including lock-out keys and shop/chock blocks
Shifts may vary based upon location and business needs.

Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or GED equivalent; ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
Preferred
Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED with up to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to exercise discretion

- Ability to fulfill physical requirements of the job, including lifting above 50 lbs, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)

CompensationFactors affecting starting pay may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes, in accordance with the company’s bonus and incentive plans.
