Perform installation service calibration evaluation and preventative maintenance on equipment including ice machines, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety systems, hospital beds, stretchers, and exam tables;
Maintain documentation of all work performed via work orders and history updates;
Set up preventive maintenance procedures and order parts or coordinate service as needed;
Assist in CER process by evaluating proposed equipment purchases;
In-services physicians and hospital staff on equipment operation
