Janitor, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Duties/ Responsibilities- Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Removal of all trash to dumpster area
- Keeping outside grounds clear of debris
- Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive behavior
- All other duties assigned
- Must possess communication and people skills
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience is a plus
