Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to provide day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping at Park Towers in St Louis Park, MN.
You will work with the Property Manager and other onsite staff to ensure vacated apartments become rent-ready and common areas remain in top condition. Responsibilities include completing tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction.
