Parkwood Shores, a Senior Living Community, is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain the physical plant and grounds and support a resident-focused team.
You will work with the Director to set annual goals, prepare apartments for showing, communicate maintenance schedules, and assist with tasks for the department. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in building maintenance or as a handyman are preferred.
