Summary:

Greentech Renewables is a leading solar and energy storage distributor. Our warehouse team is responsible for accurately preparing, staging, and delivering materials that power real-world PV and ESS projects. We are hiring Warehouse Operators who value precision, teamwork, and accountability.

Reports to:

Warehouse Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

· Ability to lift 50 pounds.

· Good mechanical skills.

· Willingness to learn how to cut wire and perform industry specific tasks in our warehouse is key.

· Ability to squat, kneel, bend, and twist

· Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift

· Ability to climb ladders to pull material

· Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Ability to operate a forklift

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities

+  Pick, kit, and prepare customer orders using a WMS system

+  Inspect, count, and document materials for accuracy and quality

+  Wrap, strap, palletize, and protect equipment for transport

+  Load trucks and prepare small parcel shipments (UPS, etc.)

+  Receive inbound materials and verify quantities and condition

+  Support counter sales and customer pickups as needed

+  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
