Lutheran Senior Services - Up to $28.80/hour - - Responsibilities:
Complete work orders to repair or install equipment and assist residents and/or customers with general maintenance needs;
Perform equipment maintenance, testing, lubricating, and cleaning machinery and report malfunctions;
Assist in maintaining appearance of main buildings, outside buildings and grounds, including snow removal and salting;
Utilize hand and power tools, following all necessary safety procedures;
May conduct Life Safety inspections and drills (sprinkler, fire drills, electrical, bed inspections) and participate in infection control procedures
