Maintenance Supervisor - Missouri Athletic Club - Downtown

Join a great team of individuals at the Missouri Athletic Club in Downtown Saint Louis, one of the top private clubs in the United States. The MAC has been thriving since 1903 and remains committed to the vision of the original founders: "to be the premier athletic, social and dining club for business, professional and civic leaders and their families in the Saint Louis area."

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our downtown location.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, assign, supervise, and participate in daily facility maintenance activities.
  • Develop and follow maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Routinely inspecting various elements of buildings and grounds, including elevators, fire alarms, security cameras, sprinkler systems.
  • Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance needs as required.
  • Assist with developing and enforcing maintenance policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and provide training on maintenance procedures and safety practices.
  • Planning daily tasks and delegating them to Maintenance Technicians/other professionals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Extensive knowledge of pipe fitting, welding, and electrical diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, environmental health, and safety standards.
  • Physical ability to perform maintenance work.
  • CMRP certification preferred/required.
  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
