Fogelman is hiring a full-time Housekeeper at The Chelsea Apartments, St. Louis, MO. The position offers biweekly pay with quarterly bonus potential and requires a valid driver’s license.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the leasing office, move‑out units, models and clubhouses along with all public and interior areas, including amenities.

• Cleans all appliances and fixtures, dusts, wipes down countertops, cleans bathrooms, vacuums carpets, and mops tiled areas.
• Works with the service team to clean and prepare vacant and move‑in units.
• Responsible for the care and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Adheres to all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• One year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required depending on the property.

• Constant walking, standing, and sitting alternately; frequent climbing of stairs; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulders.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move over 25 lbs.
• Strong constant finger and hand dexterity with ability to grasp/turn, touch, feel, and reach.
• Strong sensory skills such as good eyesight, good hearing; ability to comprehend and speak.
• Work in a variety of conditions, including both indoors and outdoors; frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
