• Work with Directors to manage all maintenance‑related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
• Inspect, schedule, and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Directors.
• Respond to work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the make‑ready process of vacant apartments for new move‑ins in a timely and detail‑oriented manner.
• Interact effectively with supervisors, residents, vendors, and co‑workers.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of property maintenance experience. Candidates must be able to report for work at scheduled hours, physically walk around the property (including stairs), lift heavy items, and perform a variety of physical tasks as needed. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are strongly preferred. Candidates must have their own tools.
