We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team as a Pest Control Technician. This full‑time position is located around Arnold, MO, reporting weekly to our St. Louis/Maryland Heights office.

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Run daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for customers by recommending the most efficient solution for each customer’s needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday; report to office once per week

• No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for minimum 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years)
• Will pass a drug test and background check
• Schedule flexibility to work half weekends
