Respond to tenant requests for lights, doors, appliances, etc.;
Police garage, parking garage stairwells, loading docks/dumpster areas, grounds around the buildings, & highway frontage.;
Clean tops of breaker panels and ensure all panels are closed.;
Grounds maintenance, power washing and minor plumbing as needed;
Ensure all walkways and corridors are free of obstacles and ADA compliant
