BJC Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Operates, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains all physical plant equipment in compliance with all department procedures and policies, and all applicable compliance, safety, federal, state and local regulations.;
Completes all assigned critical and routine equipment preventative maintenance by utilizing approved procedures, department policies, and manufacturers specifications.;
Notifies appropriate leadership in the event of equipment malfunction, boiler casualty, or any other unforeseen event that negatively impact the operation of the boiler plant or the hospital steam system.;
Monitors elevators and determines if a repairman needs to be dispatched.;
Keeps equipment clean and operational.
