We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during overnight hours. This unique role is ideal for an independent worker with high standards for cleanliness and a commitment to exceptional service.

  Part-Time
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
• Location:
  
  1 McKnight Pl, St. Louis, MO 63124.

This role combines thorough Housekeeping and specialized Floor Care duties.

• Clean, sanitize, sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum common areas and public spaces.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and communal areas.
• Promptly respond to spills and pet-related cleanups.
• Support trash removal and collection of hazardous waste.
• Maintain all flooring using specialized equipment, including extractors, buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Perform spot-cleaning and deep-cleaning of carpets and upholstery.
• Clean upholstered furniture, including dining room chairs.
• Assist the Director of Housekeeping as needed.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of professional housekeeping experience.
• Specialized Skill:
  Proven floor care experience is required.
• Core Traits:
  Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and reliability.
• Work Style:
  Ability to work independently and follow a routine during overnight hours.
• Requirements:
  Proficient in English (written and verbal), reliable transportation, and availability to work weekends/holidays as scheduled.
