General Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• General maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on guest rooms, meeting space, front of house areas, and back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems).
• Maintenance of major equipment and systems using a Windows-based computer system.

• Ability to read blueprints & schematics.
• Basic troubleshooting.
• Experience in industrial, electrical, and building maintenance, HVAC, chillers, and pumps.
• Building maintenance experience required.
• Communication skills.
• Experience with Windows computer systems.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Able to push/pull/lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability to include weekends and holidays.
