Job Overview

Our Housekeeping Aides maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests and residents. They ensure cleanliness in resident areas, public areas, and support offices while keeping satisfaction as a top priority.

Starting Wage: $14.50 per hour plus $0.85 per hour Hero/Hazard pay. Yearly wage increases.

• 8‑hour shifts, all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Part‑time available

• Attend multiple areas of the facility to ensure cleanliness and dispose of trash
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors
• May be assigned housekeeping projects outside on the facility grounds
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
