Maintenance Technician
PARC PROVENCE Now hiring for Part Time Maintenance Tech
PARC PROVENCE is a luxurious private pay long term care community specializing in state-of-the-art memory care for seniors.
Job Summary:
Assist in all operations pertaining to the maintenance of the community and grounds to maintain a safe and secure community for the residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs to include, but not limited to: painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and ground maintenance.
- Assist with room moves and move-ins of new residents.
- Ensure all maintenance equipment is clean and in working condition.
- Maintain the outside grounds during all seasons.
- Address residents' concerns, complaints and requests related to maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in general maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing & painting)
- General maintenance experience in long term care or healthcare a plus
- Work Saturday & Sunday
