McDonald's - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance around the building and repair structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues;
Repair and fix leaks and water fixtures to restore full use of water systems;
Maintain building HVAC equipment to ensure proper climate control;
Apply preventative measures to reduce future problems and address safety hazards;
Paint and repair damaged surfaces to maintain facility condition
