Energetic Mover​/Packer

Join our growing team as an Energetic Mover/Packer and help deliver outstanding moving experiences to our clients. This role involves loading, transporting, unloading, and packing household or commercial items with care and efficiency.

• Safely lift, carry, load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, and boxes.
• Protect and wrap items using appropriate materials (blankets, shrink wrap, straps, padding).
• Secure items within moving vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow company safety procedures and best practices for lifting and handling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate moves.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at client locations.
• Maintain trucks, equipment, and supplies in clean, working condition.
• Assist with inventory tracking and basic move documentation.

• Previous moving, packing, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to company-defined limits) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive lifting and carrying.
• Knowledge of packing materials and best practices to prevent damage.
• Customer service skills: courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to easily follow instructions and maintain safety standards.

• Competitive hourly pay ($19-$23/hr) with potential for overtime and bonuses.
