Starting Rate of Pay: $28.00/hour
Shifts Available and Hours- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
- Rotating 12-Hour Night
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a two-week rotation:- Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (48 hours) - Week 2:
Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)
- Week 1:
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
What you will be doing- Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders in the maintenance system
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
- Assist with overhead crane maintenance, welding, and fabrication tasks
- Support equipment reliability and production uptime through timely repairs
- Maintain maintenance records and a safe work environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or completion of industrial maintenance technical courses
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Industrial Maintenance Certification preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
