Computer knowledge/ability e.g. EMS, word document etc.
Plumbing e.g. change faucets, flush valves, clean minor clogs, minor piping etc.
Electrical e.g. change outlets, wall switches, light ballast etc.
Assist with Marketing/Promotional set-up and takedown.
Snow and ice removal from the sidewalks.
General lifting of 60 to 100 pounds.
Able to work in restricted or small areas e.g. pipe-chase.
Able to work from ladders or man-lifts
General knowledge and use of miscellaneous equipment e.g. power saw, drill sander, grinder garden tractor, cutting torch etc.
