Description Basic Function:
Cleans and prepares model apartment for viewing by prospective residents by performing the following duties.
Principle Responsibilities:The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Housekeeper. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Functions:Experience:
High school education preferred; one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Abilities and Aptitudes:Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

SpecificSkills:
Must have excellent people skills and be able to work alone.
