2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Are you a skilled problem-solver who loves keeping high-tech machinery running at peak performance? We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help drive our production forward.

salary: $52,000 - $66,560 per year

work hours: 2 PM - 10 PM

• Performs hands-on maintenance tasks according to set production maintenance priorities,including repairing, and troubleshooting of all equipment and support systems for the facility.
  
  Also, assists with the repair and maintenance of the physical structure.
• Supervises maintenance contractors, when required.
• Maintains a Maintenance Action Log, by a piece of equipment, to track individual repairs, andserve as a baseline for future preventive maintenance.
• Participates in startup and shutdown activities, as required. Assists with Shutdown Taskplanning and scheduling.
• Works with vendors / OEM to obtain parts pricing and repair recommendations for process equipment and systems.
• Incorporates safe practices while completing assigned maintenance work order activities.
• Maintains the Maintenance Department work area. Cleans-up after each task, and daily,performs care for tools and proper storage of supplies.
• Complies with all Company, Local, State, and Federal rules, and regulations regarding Health,Safety, and the Environment.
• Other duties may be assigned, or current duties modified / changed.

• Chiller Maintenance (5 years of experience is required)
• Troubleshoot PLCs (5 years of experience is required)
• Roller and Motor Maintenance (2 years of experience is required)
