** Job Description

* What You Will Do:

*** Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
* Complete and document guest and associate work orders
* Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
* Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
* Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
* Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
* Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
* Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
* Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
* HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
