Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are seeking Full Time Housekeeper(s) to perform cleaning services for the St. Louis VA Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.
Multiple Shifts available, Monday-Friday, 7am-11:30pm/3pm-11:30pm.

Applicants must be US citizens and able to pass a government background check. Minimum of one-year cleaning experience preferably in a hospital environment.

• Buffing the floors
• performing cleaning duties including vacuuming
• sweeping
• mopping floors
• emptying trash
• cleaning the lobby area
• hallways
• bathrooms
• Dusting
• cleaning doors and glass
• removing litter
• refill all paper products
• clean kitchen/break areas
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time;
Ascending/Descending stairs and to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently;
May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
