CANDIDATES ARE SUBJECT TO BACKGROUND CHECK and MVR Check

Must be able to drive to accounts in downtown St Louis, Missouri.

• General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas.
• Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
• Essential functions include: sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction, floor stripping andwaxing, trash removal, recycling, restroom and locker room sanitation, polishing exterior areas within 10 feet of entryways, window washing, snow and ice removal, and cleaning desks/walls/furniture/doors/entry glass/interior glass/countertops/chalkboards/whiteboards/blinds/light fixtures.
• Perform other duties as directed by custodial supervisor or designated representative.

• Excellent work history and a team-focused approach with the ability to work well with others and take direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Education:
  
  High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous cleaning experience is a plus.

  Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull; ability to lift/push/pull/carry objects up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally; extensive walking and standing; mobility to perform tasks within production and service time frames; ability to work in temperatures ranging from hot to cold; reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
