Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our West Pine Lofts property in St. Louis, MO. You will lead the maintenance team, perform field work about 75% of time, and partner with the Property Manager to deliver exceptional service to residents.
You will manage work orders, supervise trades, handle vendor contracts, plan preventive maintenance and contribute to the maintenance budget, with on-call duties as needed.
