Location: St. Louis
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Manager, Facilities Maintenance to lead 24/7 maintenance operations across a GMP-regulated campus of ~485,000 sq. ft. in 11 buildings. You will drive reliability, backlog reduction, and budget management while partnering with Quality and Reliability Engineering.
You will oversee 4 maintenance supervisors and ~32 technicians across three shifts, ensure audit readiness, and align maintenance with production and compliance requirements.
